The space

The condo was just redecorated with new paint, carpet, furnishings, bedding, beach equipment, art and more, with a focus on simplicity and comfort. The high ceilings and large lanai make the space feel even bigger and the layout is perfect for a family or two couples. There are air conditioning units in both bedrooms, and each bedroom has a bathroom. The condo is on the third floor and very private.

Additional notes

The condo was recently redecorated, including new paint, carpet, lighting, bedding, towels, furnishings, beach gear and supplies. We provide snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach chairs, and a wagon for the beach, and the kitchen is well equipped. Just bring your clothes! There is a community pool and a tennis court, and the walking paths along Poipu Sands, the Grand Hyatt and the greater Poipu Kai community are lovely.

Neighborhood overview

Poipu Sands is part of the larger Poipu Kai community in Poipu. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, and there are sidewalks and great views throughout. The Grand Hyatt is directly east of the property (we can see its fireworks shows from our front balcony), and Brennecke Beach and Poipu Beach are just a short walk west. We love walking around Poipu Kai.

Getting around

Parking is plentiful. You can walk to beaches and around the beautiful Poipu Kai resort, and The Grand Hyatt is right next door.
